Piecing together orders
When quoting we include for gathering up stock from a wide range of trusted suppliers to allow us to offer a “whole list supply” rather than just items we hold in stock at that point in time.
This process requires a lead time of approximately 10 working days from point of order to despatch.
If this time is not available then it may be necessary to consider substituting some of the varieties that are not readily available locally.
If during this gathering up process certain items are found to still be unavailable then we will contact you to discuss possible changes or shortfalls before despatch.
