COVID INFORMATION: Updated Nov 2020

Plants Limited will remain open during the lock down period whilst trying to do our utmost to ensure the health and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues.

Having carefully considered the updated official advice and undertaken a risk assessment we will be taking the following actions.

The “Takeaway” gates will be closed and visitors will need to make appointments or turn up at the gates and request one.  This is only so that we can keep control of the number of people visiting and any point in time. There are always appointments available on the day usually immediately, so please do not hesitate to contact us. Opening hours for visiting are between 8am and 3.30pm. Please ring our office or use gate buzzers on arrival at the gates.

Please note we are not able to allow dogs or children on the nursery at any time for health and safety reasons.

We will require that you observe all the standard social distancing rules at all times whilst on the Nursery. Any visitors who do not agree to comply with these measures will be asked to leave. Please bring a face covering for when at checkout.

We will still be operating ORDER & COLLECT for those clients knowing their requirements. Please call or email with details and we will be happy to assemble your order for collection, subject to current stock availability.

We are now able to offer a full delivery service as per usual. Please go to the deliveries page to see the Covid safe delivery arrangements..

As the situation develops, we will continually re-assess our position in line with the Official Government Advice.
